18g Portafilter Basket

The Meraki 18g Portafilter Basket is a stainless steel 58mm basket designed around a nominal 18g coffee dose. Its perforated base allows brewed espresso to exit while the basket geometry holds the prepared coffee bed inside the portafilter.

Use 18g as a starting point rather than an absolute rule; coffee density and roast level affect fill height. Pair it with the 58mm portafilter and optional 58mm puck screen, or compare the smaller 12g portafilter basket.
