General Cancellation: We generally avoid charging cancellation fees for orders cancelled by our customers before they are shipped. If you need to alter your order—for instance by cancelling certain items or switching to a different product variant—we encourage you to contact our customer support team. They are equipped to adjust your order potentially saving you from incurring transaction and processing fees.
Third-Party Costs: Please be aware that if a cancellation results in costs to us from third-party services including payment processors or other affiliated platforms those costs are the customer's responsibility. This policy applies regardless of when such costs are incurred including after the order has been achieved.
Special Conditions: In cases where an order is placed using a special promotional offer or subsidy and a cancellation leads to fees from the payment service provider or any other third-party platform these fees will be passed on to the customer. We will calculate any cancellation fees based on the actual expenses we are charged.
