Not sure if i am the first one who come with the white colour Meraki.

Luckily I don’t have the sticker peel problem, maybe the white colour material can avoid this?

I have just made a couple of coffee with the new toy. It works perfectly in my point of view. I can say the build quality is exceed my expectations

It worths every penny I paid so i can just tell everyone to stay patient to wait for yours’ arrive.

The only problem is in the pre-fusion function. Same as Edward Li previous post, i got the low power warning but it still works so i just can’t tell what’s wrong with it. Maybe Meraki Tech Global can explain.

It arrived finally!

It is very nicely built and solid.

The stickers are super crappy though, you can see there are residuals on the steam wand, water tank lid and coffee beans storage.

Haven’t got any coffee beans with me yet, but I hope it will be working great

Received mine yesterday via airfreight to Australia. Very initial impressions are it’s a solid machine and built well. The packing stickers all over it are a bit annoying as they don’t peel cleanly off and leave some residue. Have only managed to use briefly so far and still dialling in my coffee but I think it’ll do the job nicely.

What's in the box?

What size is the package I’ll receive, and how can I open the box correctly?

What kind of water should I use?

To ensure optimal performance and extend the life of your Meraki, we advise using filtered water with hardness below 60 PPM or TDS below 200. While tap water meeting these specifications is usable, untreated tap water can introduce microorganisms, causing odors and making cleaning difficult. For long-term health and convenience, bottled or a reliable home filtration system is preferred.

Can I put the machine accessories into the dishwasher?

Most of Meraki's accessories are not dishwasher-safe, especially the drip tray, dosing cup, and portafilter. However, the milk pitcher can be safely used inside the dishwasher.

How do I use CoffeeSense™?

To use the CoffeeSense™ feature, simply swipe the Meraki coffee bean bag, which is equipped with an NFC chip, on the NFC area of the Meraki machine. The machine will automatically recognize the coffee beans and provide the corresponding suggested grinding and extraction parameters. On the touchscreen, tap the buttons to start the grind and extraction process. Combined with two built-in scales for grinding and extracting, the machine will automatically stop the grinding and extraction process once the desired quantity is reached.

Does Meraki use a PID algorithm to control the extraction of water temperature?

Yes, the Meraki espresso machine uses advanced PID technology for precise temperature control, ensuring consistent, flavorful espresso. The PID system, combined with a dedicated group head heater, maintains optimal brewing temperature at the portafilter, giving you professional-level results with every shot.

What is the boiler capacity?

The Meraki espresso machine is equipped with dual boilers. The capacity of the extraction boiler is 350ml, while the capacity of the steam boiler is 550ml. Both boilers are made of stainless steel.

What is the maximum weight capacity of the scale?

The Meraki espresso machine features dual scales, with each scale having a maximum capacity of 1kg.

How long does it take to heat up?

The heat-up time is around 3 minutes for the 220-240V version and around 4 minutes for the 100-120V version.
