Free Shipping

All orders over $200 qualify for free express shipping, except for those to out-of-delivery-area (ODA) locations. We use a premium express delivery service, based on recommendations from our freight forwarder. Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours (excluding pre-sale items), unless affected by force majeure circumstances. Typically, items will be shipped from the nearest warehouse (US/AU/EU/UK) based on your location. However, in the event of stock shortages, items may be shipped from another warehouse to avoid delays. Shipping times vary by country and region. Generally, shipping will take between 5 and 10 days. For orders over $200, free shipping applies, except to certain areas. For orders below $200, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

ODA (Out-of-Delivery-Area) and Delivery to Remote Areas

Additional shipping charges may occur for ODA delivery or delivery to remote areas that are difficult to reach, e.g. islands, ski resorts, military operation areas etc. Transit time for shipments to these regions may be longer. The carrier defines ODA delivery as delivery to a remote area only before shipping. They may contact you with additional charges.

Shipping Liability

  • Additional shipping charges may occur for ODA delivery or delivery to remote areas that are difficult to reach, e.g. islands, ski resorts, military operation areas etc. Transit time for shipmentlease note, if you place your order through any of our third-party retailers, shipping times may vary depending on the retailer.
  • Once a package has been marked as "delivered" by the local courier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or similar), we no longer assume responsibility. Orders that are reported as stolen or missing after delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded or reshipped. However, we will make every effort to assist with any shipping-related issues, verify delivery status, and provide advice or support.
  • Please note that shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or international customs inspection delays are beyond our control. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us for further assistance.
  • For items shipped via airfreight, if the customer wishes to cancel the order and return the product, Please note that if the order is cancelled after the item is already shipped out, there will be a handling fee charged by the logistics partner, and the amount will be deducted to cover the processing and transfer of your returned item.s to these regions may be longer. The carrier defines ODA delivery as delivery to a remote area only before shipping. They may contact you with additional charges.

Estimated Shipping Time

For orders placed now, the estimated delivery time is by the end of March. Please note that this is an estimated date, and it may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
